Gambero Rosso celebrates its 30th anniversary and for the occasion of gastronomy awards 36 teachers, among them also Sal De Riso


Gambero Rosso turned 30. Thirty years duration who told stories of chefs, winemakers, artisans and hospitality experts. To celebrate its thirtieth anniversary has chosen the prestigious Rome Cavalieri Waldorf Astoria in Rome, where, on December 6, gathered the best representatives of Italian food.

For the occasion, the reporter Laura Mantovano awarded 36 grand masters of gastronomy, divided into twelve categories. For the pastry, to the podium three big names: Iginio Massari, Sal De Riso and Corrado Assenza.

Yet another acknowledgment for the master confectioner of the Amalfi Coast, which was also given the honor and the honor to carry the cake for thirty years of Gambero Rosso, with whom were honored the approximately six hundred guests.
